“Bringing people together to change the world”- Our company purpose is also my personal mission. I feel grateful for being able to work in a position and a company where I get to meet so many fantastic people from around the world that are truly changing the world – be it through research, science or human right initiatives. The ICS team shares my passion and I enjoy working in a multicultural environment of dedicated team players. Further to that, I also aim to make a difference to our industry at large – as Vice President of the International Association of Professional Congress Organizers (IAPCO) and member of other international industry boards, my goal is to raise industry standards and to help those who need to achieve a greater level of expertise. Knowledge and collaboration are the answers to so many of the world’s problems – that’s why facilitating both is not just my job but my passion.

No one can whistle a symphony. It takes a whole orchestra to play it.
